Divisibility Tests of Numbers 

     Divisibility Test For 2 :

       If the last digit of the number is divisible by 2 then the complete number is divisible by 2.

      Divisibility Test For 3:

       If the sum of all digits of the number is divisible by 3, then the complete number is divisible by 3. 

      Divisibility Test  For 4:

      If the last 2 digits of the number are divisible by 4, then the complete number is divisible by 4.

      Divisibility Test For 5:

      If the last digit of the number is either 0 or 5, then the complete number is divisible by 5.

     Divisibility Test For 6:

      If the number is divisible by 2and 3 both i.e.if follows both the divisibility tests of 2 and 3, then the number is divisible by 6.

      Divisibility Test For 7:

      Double the units digit of the number and take the difference of that obtained number and the rest of the number. Continue the process still single digit occurs. If the single digit is 0 or 7 then the number is divisible by 7.

    Divisibility Test For 8:

    If the last 3 digits of the number are divisible by 8  then the complete number is divisible by 8.

     Divisibility Test For 9:

    If the sum of all the digits of the number is divisible by 9 then the complete number is divisible by 9.

    Divisibility Test For 10:

    If the last digit of the number is 0 then the complete number is divisible by 10.

    Divisibility Test For 11:

    If the difference between the sum of the alternate digits of the number is either 0 or a multiple of 11 then the complete number is divisible by 11.

   Divisibility Test For 12:

    If the number is divisible by 3 and 4 both i.e. it follows divisibility tests of 3 and 4 then the number is divisible by 12.
